The industry's first device that achieves three thermoelectric property measurements in one unit! It promotes the efficiency of thermoelectric material evaluation!

This device allows for the simultaneous measurement of the necessary performance evaluation parameters for thermoelectric conversion materials—"electrical resistivity," "Seebeck coefficient," and "thermal diffusivity"—under the same sample and environment (using a single apparatus) from near room temperature to high temperature. Electrical resistivity is measured with high precision using the DC four-probe method, the Seebeck coefficient is measured using the steady-state method, and thermal diffusivity is measured using the periodic heating method. This device was developed with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's Strategic Base Technology Advancement Support Project, in collaboration with Nagoya University and the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. 【Features】 ■ Capable of measuring three physical properties: electrical resistivity, Seebeck coefficient, and thermal diffusivity with a single sample ■ Unifies the direction of thermal propagation and current for the three physical properties ■ Measurement is possible by simply contacting the probe to thin sheet samples with a thickness of less than 1mm ■ Supports a temperature range from near room temperature to 900°C under atmospheric, vacuum, and various gas atmospheres ■ Dedicated software allows for monitoring of measurement conditions and output of measurement results (in CSV format) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
